Presentation Guidelines
NexCGT-2027 Abstract Submission & Presentation Instructions
Oral Abstract
These face-to-face live sessions are approximately 15 minutes followed by a question period. They can address a range of theoretical, educational or research-based topics relating to the conference theme.
- ✔ The maximum word limit for the abstract is 350 words.
- ✔ Images and tables are not accepted or published with the abstract.
- ✔ Authors are not permitted to submit an abstract on previously published work.
- ✔ All submitted abstracts should be written in English.
- ✔ Include a title of 12 words maximum.
- ✔ Include three keywords.
Use the Following Headings
- ✔ Introduction including Purpose/Proposition
- ✔ Approach or Methods
- ✔ Results / Findings / Supporting Arguments
Poster Abstract Guidelines
Title: A concise and informative title that clearly indicates the subject of the poster.
Keywords: A few relevant keywords, no more than 6.
Abstract: The abstract should be concise and typically between 350 words.

- ✔ Ensure your presentation is MAC-compatible
- ✔ Compress videos included in your presentation
- ✔ Create concise and readable slides
- ✔ Use only key words and phrases

- ✔ Laser pointer
- ✔ Cordless microphone
- ✔ Desktop microphone
- ✔ Basic sound system
- ✔ Upload presentations 3 days before conference
Presentation Upload Guide
- ✔ Submit presentation slides before conference
- ✔ Upload slides using registered email
- ✔ Bring backup copy on USB drive
- ✔ All presentations will be pre-checked
PC to Mac Considerations
- ✔ Use .PPTX or .PPSX formats
- ✔ Use AVI or MPEG videos
- ✔ Use Arial or Times New Roman fonts
Poster Guidelines
- ✔ Maximum poster size: 1m x 1m
- ✔ Include title, authors, institution
- ✔ Poster number must be visible
- ✔ Bring poster in tubular packaging
- ✔ Pushpins will be provided
